Dr Malabarey obtained her MBBS from King Saud University, after which she completed her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at McGill University, and obtained her FRCSC. She went on afterwards to complete her subspecialty training in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery, at McGill.
She was appointed as the Residency Training Program Director, and Chairperson of the Urogynecology division at King Fahad Medical City, where she practiced as a Urogynecologist, prior to her current appointment.
She is currently an Assistant Professor, the Division & Fellowship Director of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at McMaster University.
